Inspired by the 2024 Met Gala, themed The Garden of Time, I used this project as a study in fabric, texture, and form. My focus was on developing visual shorthand for challenging materials and experimenting with efficiency in illustration. Rather than rendering portraits, I reinterpreted the looks on my own original characters, allowing me to merge fashion study with personal storytelling.

Jeff Goldblum
Styled by Andrew Thomas Vottero
A loose-tailored black suit softened by ribbon bow, cream scarf, and ivory gloves, offset by Tiffany brooches inspired by The Garden of Time, chunky square-toed Prada boots, and a rose-gold cocktail watch. The result: poised, layered storytelling through form and adornment.

Léna Mahfouf
Styled by Daniel Roseberry
A sculptural black silhouette anchored by a metallic rose bustier. Gold flowers forged into architectural form above a draped noir base. A poetic tension between bloom and structure that turned a single detail into the heart of the gown.

Harris Reed
Styled by Harris Reed
A masterclass in sculptural presence, Reed’s own red-carpet moment redefined “full bloom” through structural drama, chromatic boldness, and architectural styling that felt both fluid and monumental.

Gustav Magnar Witzøe
Styled by Amar Faiz
A crystalline illusion: a sheer, crystal-encrusted catsuit and rose-gold silk cape crafted to emerge from a painted fantasy. An ethereal fairytale incarnation grounded in couture artistry.
